Room was clean and comfortable and modern but had a drains smell.the restaurant wasn’t open and the pub where you could eat was very busy and noisy. But would stay here again

The staff were very nice,the room was very small no room to open wardrobe,or go past the other person.we expected there to be hand wash ,shower gel,shampoo.
There was only half a toilet roll.the furniture was very worn.But for the price and the convenience of being so close to Paddington station good.Its was ok for a night stay but could not stay in the room for longer.

Friendly staff. Good facilities for our corporate event. Decor a bit tired and dated, but the room was clean and the bathroom serviceable. Would appreciate it if the massive potholes coming into the hotel drive were filled. Good size carpark that felt secure.

Stayed here for a few nights with the family in interconnecting rooms. Facilities in the room were excellent, beds were comfy and the shower clean and powerful. Breakfast had a great selection of different foods and easily walkable to Regents Park or the tube for exploring the city. Parking was expensive ...
