The manager checked us in, he was very efficient & professional. Secure parking in the basement. The 2 bedroom apartment was luxurious & amazing in every way possible. We swam in the lovely pool watching the sunset, which was great for my kids on our last day in Australia. Wonderful Hotel.

Room was out of this world. Everything else was a bit disappointing.
Worst of all was the incident when housekeeping stepped in announced into the room while I was in bed with my wife.
Also they have no firm pillows on request which is really bizarre for a hotel in this caliber. Breakfast buffet trying too hard to be different while it fails to deliver basic breakfast essentials. Slow service by staff in breakfast hall. I found it really weird that bell boys act as concierge as well. They...
