A very special thank you to Marta and Joanna in the dining room—they were warm, attentive, friendly, and made every meal such a pleasant experience. Cyril was absolutely fantastic as well! His professionalism, kindness, and genuine hospitality really stood out. It’s people like Marta, Joanna, and Cyril who turn a good hotel stay into a memorable one. They made us feel genuinely welcomed and well cared for. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again. Five-star service all around! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"The staff were so lovely and accommodating! Our room was luxurious and we had a lovely view of the river. They even put a happy birthday dessert plate in the room for my husband- very kind! I do want to say that the leisure/pool center was quite a disappointment. It is very outdated and so dirty that I didn't even end up putting my suit on to use the facilities. The whole center could really use some updating and TLC. My family lives locally and used to have a membership to the facility but had to cancel it due to the run down conditions. All this aside though- the hotel, the staff, the restaurant and the bar are excellent! Just don't bring your swimsuit :)"
