"It is a beautiful property. No hot water at first but corrected quickly. BBQ restaurant was outstanding. The main restaurant for dinner was totally disappointing with the food not cooked as requested and fish special tasteless with undercooked vegetables along with it."

"Foi uma semana muito boa nesta casa. O anúncio é muito fiel à realidade, mas fica uma boa surpresa para quando entramos ao vivo.É mesmo muito espaçosa e muito limpa e toda a casa é recheada com materiais e objectos de qualidade: as loiças, os móveis, os aparelhos, etc. Percebemos que foi tudo pensado com dedicação e bom gosto e não “ apenas uma casa para alugar no verão com coisas baratas” Não! É muito cuidada a casa. O piso de baixo com uma sala espaçosa com uma televisão incrível para ver-se cinema, foi um bombom nos dias de chuva. Infelizmente tivemos o azar de apanhar aquela semana em que choveu uns dias em Agosto. Mas , por outro lado, percebe-se que é uma casa também óptima para tempos mais frios. Ficar deitada a ler no sofá do alpendre a ver a chuva cair, precioso. Quando o sol voltou, foi aproveitar o jardim. A piscina tem um senão: dada a construção da casa, ela está praticamente à sombra todo o dia. Mesmo com 30 graus e como estivéssemos a entrar no mar de Sesimbra para nós não foi um problema assim de maior, foi aceitar e adaptar. O acesso à casa e super fácil e a zona muito calma, com a albufeira de Vigia a 5 min para passeios bonitos. Vista linda. Perto de cidades lindas para visitar: Redondo, Vila Viçosa, Reguengos, Estremoz.Recomendo!PS: todas as condições para bebés, apenas sugeria uma cancela em cada piso da escada, poupava aos adultos alguma preocupação normal "

"We loved, loved, loved this hotel! It gave us a truly 5-star experience. The hotel is a converted convent and was a historical site in and of itself (it comes with it's own church which is beautiful). The property is very well maintained with pretty grounds (full of fruit trees and flowers) and amenities. We used the gym, indoor pool (there is also an outdoor pool), hot tub and sauna - and enjoyed them thoroughly. Our room was very big with a super-king bed - we had great sleeps each night. Breakfast and dinner were very well done. Breakfast is abundant and with quality food. Dinner the first night was at the Italian restaurant, Olive - and the food was absolutely delicious. The second night we ate at the Portuguese restaurant and it was also very good. The reception and room staff were very pleasant and quick to address any of our needs. We would say that this hotel is definitely an experience that I would recommend!!"

"We cannot say enough wonderful things about this property. It was the gem of our trip in Southern Spain/Portugal. The staff was so helpful and accommodating to any questions, needs or reservations we wanted to make. The room was clean, well maintained, quiet (see note below), and comfortable. The breakfast, which was included with the stay, was beyond delicious. We got to enjoy the beautiful pool area both afternoons we were there. It was within walking distance of all the local attractions within Evora -however be prepared for hills in the town! There is a free parking lot a two block walk from the hotel. We did end up driving up to the property to drop our luggage off and then parked the car as the cobblestone paths in town are uneven. The only downside to the stay, which was completely out of the control of the hotel, was there was jackhammering going on the opposite side of the property from our room. It went on from roughly 8:00 to 14:00, with a break for lunch. There was a lot of construction going on in Evora, as well as the other towns we visited, so it was what it was and since we were out site seeing during the day it didn't really impact us but it was loud."

"Convenient location - close to the Bus Terminal & Praça do Giraldo. Room was clean, but the size & layout made it challenging for two people to simultaneously move around. While there was a filtered water dispenser in the hallway, the rooms do not have a coffee machine, tea bags or cups. The shower stall in our room was very slippery. Reported this to the front desk staff. Breakfast is available, but was rather pricey."
