Stairs lead up to the open-plan living area where you will find the stylish, well-equipped kitchen with a range of integrated appliances, American style fridge/freezer, double electric oven, microwave, and the all-essential dishwasher. The dining table sits comfortably within the kitchen area and leads to the cosy sitting room where you will find a wood burning stove, smart television and bi-folding doors to the spectacular terrace looking out to sea and over the harbour, an ideal setting to watch the sunsets over al fresco dining or enjoy a morning coffee watching the sunrise.

Follow the stairs up to the top floor where you will find the second bedroom, with a stylish king-size bed and smart television, which also benefits from an en-suite shower room and, not one, but two balconies.
