"Our group of five couples felt right at home here (and there was housing for another). The host’s (Erinn) welcome and instructions were pleasant and helpful. The home and casitas were beautiful- as were the pool, the poolside area and garden. Two washers and dryers helped us catch up on laundry. We had a great time despite unusually cool, wet weather. "Front desk...Naidelin... Very friendly and helpful, so sweet...Dexon... Bartender and waiter... He went above and beyond! Deyver also helped us out so much! The only thing I wasn't happy with is when it's all inclusive , you pay for it... It does not include everything it's limited! The resort is beautiful.The animals are plentiful... and so cool... Keep an eye out for the colorfull poisonous frogs! Beautiful... Food and drink are really good also... It's nice that they have the separate pools... Atmosphere is authentic & amazing! Room was very nice also! I could go on and on , but i've said enough! We definitely would like to return. Everyone was pretty awesome!"
