"Some tiles coming off bathroom wall, and the bathroom handle very loose. Thermostat button not working. Otherwise, clean, with great cleaning services and appreciated free bottles of water and fresh towels every day. "

"We booked this same day. Was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room, as it was larger than expected. The toilet was not flushing very well, called the front desk and someone came up immediately to fix it and it was fine. Appreciated double beds and the location was good. Check in and check out was really easy but when we left the lobby was packed so its a popular location. Good value for the money and would stay here again. "

"Carpeting in rooms elevators and entrances need to be replaced. The room I stayed in had filthy curtains / blinds that did not raise/open. Poor lighting in the room. I was not able to properly adjust the heat. A noisy rattling was quite constant. The tv was large so that was nice. The staff were superb. Water everyday. "
