"I got my room walked in, and there was a cockroach crawling on the floor plus turned on the light the wall had mold. It wasn’t really a good experience. Also let the people know about it and didn’t really get a refund. I would not recommend this place plus will never be back."

"I stay here a dozen times a year because my wife and I have family in town. This past weekend though the up keep of the some of the hall way floors were not clean and blk. One of the elevators wasn't working so it would take 2-5mins for the wait time. Keep in mind we had 5 kids with us and one kf which was a newborn. The elevator i can over look because it was just this one time but the floors I couldn't. The price you pay for this location is in the premium price range so I'd expect clean floors Overall the rooms were clean and stocked. Breakfast was good and the entire staff were very nice."

"The staff were excellent. Great location next door to the airport. Bare bones but worth the money for what you get. Food at the lounge was surprisingly good."

"Breakfast was super duper good 👍 The room was clean, but the sopa bed was maybe too old that I can’t lay down comfortably with the beds spring, no extra pillows or blankets, good that I usually bring my own blankets. When we check in, at 4pm, our room wasn’t ready yet, so we habe to wait for an hour. The front desk clerk wasn’t nice"
