Check-in staff was very helpful. Succeeding weekday staff though wasn’t much help. We suddenly could not access the lift after a couple of days and staff support wasn’t good. Rather than understanding and finding the root cause on the system, the staffs approach was focused on issue was on the customer end and assuming that there were payment issues. I even had to explain that the whole duration of stay has been paid for during check-in, including 2 parking day fees and early check-in fees. Daily replenishments for instant Coffee stick packs tea bags and milk capsules were somewhat stingy (1 sachet/dose per person per day) unlike other hotels. Good towels given only on last night of a 2 week stay. Place was safe. Kitchen utensils were ok but had to improvise on what was available. How to use laundry facility was challenging as the instructions were not in English and very minimal — need to familiarise with the laundry app we.wash.

Awesome stay. There was live music in the square on saturday night. Plenty of nearby restaurants and an Irish pub accross

Very friendly staff. Room was nice and clean. Well insulated did not hear other guests. Shower was a bit small, but nice enough. The breakfast was delicious, but quite off putting were the flies that swarmed your food as you were eating.
