Beatriz, Alice, and Sopia went above and beyond to make us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They were warm, professional, and always ready with a smile and great recommendations. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made our stay feel special, and we truly appreciated how attentive they were to every request. During our stay there was a transit strike and Beatriz again went above and beyond to assist us with rebooking trains and transportation during this difficult time. "Absolutely loved our 4-night stay last week. Felt like a lil hidden oasis tucked away. The room was spacious, modern and very comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel was clean and the staff was great and helpful. The breakfast buffet was out of this world! So many options, from yogurts and fruit, pastries and cakes, to eggs and meats/cheeses. We can’t stop talking about how good the food was. It was very easy to get around the area with taxis to see the city. We will def come back and stay here again. "
