appartement très bien situé.superficie adaptée pour 6 adultes,toutefois aucun rangement n'est prévu pour les vêtements (commodes, placards, porte manteau). Par contre la propreté laisse beaucoup à désirer, très poussiéreux, murs sales, éponge moisie.....Globalement, l'appartement manque aussi d'éclairage électrique.

Nous ne sommes pas restés dans cet appartement sale la literie est lamentable les draps ne sont pas changés froissés cheveux dedans tapis de salle de bain sale rideau de douche crasseux une honte de proposer cet appartement à la location !!!Nous avons payé 110 pour rien nous sommes repartis

Logement à revoir

La voisine, sympathique, nous accueille et nous fait un rapide tour de l'appartement en nous signalant un incident électrique "ressent" impliquant des fils apparents dans le salon.Nous voyons 2 chambres alors qu'au moment de notre réservation, il était noté 3 chambres, deux pièces sont fermées à clé. Ce n'est pas très grave,nous avons assez de lit. Installation très rapide, nous sommes attendus.De retour, très tard, nous découvrons nos draps dont la propreté est douteuse (trace de sauce tomate et autre). Le rideau de douche est jaune comme le tapis de bain, les WC sales.Après une nuit horrible(chambre à côté du salon), le matelas se creuse au milieu ; nous allons nous faire un café. La vaisselle est sale et la cafetière est cassée !Je contacte Charles qui me rappelle et me certifie que la femme de ménage a passé 4h à nettoyer et que les draps ont été changés. Pour moi 4h c'est impossible étant donné l'état général de propreté. De plus, les murs sont sales, les rideaux déchirés, les prises arrachées, d'autres fils électriques sont apparents. Une nouvelle cafetière arrive dans les 20 min,il est convenu que la femme de ménage revienne le lendemain pour que je lui indique quoi nettoyer, offre que j'accepte et que j'annule finalement. Un nettoyage en profondeur et des rénovations sont à faire, ce n'est pas à nous de driver la femme de ménage. Mais bon Charles m'a bien dit que nous n'avions pas payé cher pour un appartement à Reims. Bref j'ai fait du ménage et de la lessive.

Zwischenstopp auf dem Weg in die Bretagne

Für den Zwischenstopp war das Quartier eine gute Option, nah am Zentrum. Die Ausstattung der Küche war ausreichend. Es hätte etwas sauberer sein können.

Appartement fonctionnel, réponses toujours rapide de Charles et de bons conseils. La déco est très sobre. Situé à côté de la basilique et à 15 minutes à pied du centre.
