"This is a basic room, with bed on a metal frame and is uncomfortable. You only get 2 towels/washcloths and have to take them back to the front desk to get clean towels. Rooms are only cleaned once a week. Mold was in the bathtub and the room smelled strongly of harsh cleaners and plastic. They also threw away our pillows instead of holding them in the lost and found for less than one day (no policy on throwing away items on company lost and found website page). There are no utensils, plates or cookware available unless you “rent/buy” them starting at $15. There are no restaurants within walking distance either. You also have to pay in full when you check in so you can’t leave early when you wish to. Front desk isn’t staffed after 10 pm, you have to call and see if they determine your request important enough to send someone or wait until morning. Won’t choose this brand of hotel ever again. "

"The hotel was dirty no shower curtain in shower, matresd was the size of a kids mattress. The elevator made noises and jerked. It was allot of trash outside the hotel. It look like an extended stay hotol"

"This home is so cozy, it feels like a warm hug! The property itself is absolutely beautiful, and the home itself has so many activities provided - books, games, movies, kids crafts, etc.! We will definitely be back."

"The staff was really attentive and sweet. We had trouble with our door and she assisted and we had trouble with our tv and she helped. The lobby is beautiful and the breakfast and 24 hour coffee was great. It appears that the owner tried to make a fun outdoor games area; however, it was right outside our door and we were woken up at 1030pm by groups playing cornhole! I finally had to say something as we had an early morning the next morning. I was the second person that had to go out and ask them not to play - the guy in the room next to us had to go out before me. The room needs paint and an upgrade. All and all it felt very pricey for what we got. "

"The room was very modern and updated. That was the best part. Front desk person was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic. Coffee not very good, tea not ready available, basic selection. Carpet needed cleaning……our feet were dirty after walking on it. Good restaurant choices within walking distance."
