"We come to Dallas a few times a year and this was our first time staying at the Fairmont. We stayed in a good room which included access to the gold lounge. The entire hotel was very nice and the staff were all wonderful. This will be our downtown Dallas hotel going forward "

"Pool looked great, but it was too cold outside to go into the pool. Breakfast options were great. Live music at night was great. Bartenders were very attentive and fun. Bed was extremely comfortable, and the view from my room was awesome."

"The room was so spacious, and the staff members were very courteous and helpful. On the first morning, we noticed that the water pressure in the shower was low, and the front desk promptly sent a maintenance staff to change the shower head to solve the issue. We will definitely stay at this hotel again."

"The 2 rooms I visited as well as my own had layers of dust on the bedside lamp. It then concerned me about the cleanliness of everything else. We ran out of tissues late at night and there wasn’t a back up box. Staff was helpful and friendly, especially the parking and valet staff. "
