"The rooms were kept very clean, and the staff is excellent. They are very knowledgeable and friendly, always ready to give a recommendation. Your location in Praca Velha is perfect. It is right in the middle of all the Christmas events. The garden behind the hotel is quite lovely and a great place to spend some time reading a book in nature. My wife and I appreciated the fact that we were within walking distance of so many things (Cultural Centre, Library, Museum, restaurants and pubs). This hotel is quite a gem."

"Easy walk to two grocery stores and to Padaria Delia Martins (yum) and the excellent butcher (talho) next door. We enjoyed the longer walk down to the water as well; just be alert as to cars. Had a nice visit to the winery and a lovely dinner at Mar e Vinhos. We appreciated the quiet neighborhood after long days of hiking and sightseeing. The hosts were friendly and helpful. "

"This home was absolutely incredible — even better than the photos! Beautifully decorated with a modern and cozy touch, everything felt brand new and spotless. The highlight, though, was the breathtaking sea view. Waking up to the sound of birds and looking out over the ocean every morning was pure bliss.The garden was peaceful and full of life, with tropical plants, flowers, and even a banana tree that made the whole experience feel like a private retreat. It was the perfect place to relax with a book or enjoy a cup of coffee while listening to nature.We were kindly allowed to check in early and check out late, which made our stay even more enjoyable and stress-free. The hosts were incredibly thoughtful and offered us a variety of local activities to book — from boat rides to hiking and more. Everything was well organized, and they were always available for any questions.We can’t recommend this place enough. Whether you're looking for a romantic escape or a peaceful break from the city, this is the spot. We’re already dreaming about our next stay!"

"This accomodation is spacious and comfortable wirh a large garden. The house is surrounded by a tall wall with a gate - very safe. All amenities are there including a great pool. The owners provided us with several restaurant recommendations and they were all delicious. Thank you for a wonderful stay"
