"8 of us stayed here for the recent Rugby finals in Bilbao - mainly because it was the only hotel we could find that offered reasonable value for money (downtown hotels asking £700+ per room per night for that weekend) As the name says this is a budget hotel but it was fine for us. Easy to get to centre of Bilbao on regular trains (station 15 minute walk) Friendly and exceptionally helpful staff. Reasonable breakfast but no other dining options. "There are no windows in the room, no air. The walls are thin and you can hear everyone. If something is cooking something in the kitchen the American coming to the room. The area is quite bad, not a good choice to stay in Bilbao."
