"Very kind welcoming family running the place. Very family friendly, the room was very clean and was cleaned daily, the staff was super helpful. (Not great english, but they really make you feel comfortable and welcomed regardless of the language barrier). Food was delicious and there was a bar too! A little far from the city center of bilbao, but completely doable if you rent a car, or maybe figure out the train/metro and the parking was super convenient. "Really nice room in a nice neighbourhood. Even though I stayed on a Friday night, there wasn't much noise after midnight. I stayed during a heatwave and the air condition was amazing! The water pressure in the shower was perfect too! If I go ever go to Bilbao again, I will try to stay here."

"The hotel breakfast was really good. The staff friendly and helpful. My only issue was the distance from Bilbao centre. The taxis were very expensive between €30 and €40 but there is a convenient bus sevice which was only €2.40 one way so we took that in the day but a taxi home at night "
