"Perfect hotel close to Schalke 04 Arena. Good breakfast, nice (empty minibar) and good beds. Easy parking, lots of places for free. Recomended."

"Als ich das Zimmer betrat, war es furchtbar. Die ganze Nacht war Wasser aus der Toilette getropft, es war ohrenbetäubend laut, ich konnte nicht schlafen. An der Rezeption war niemand, an dem ich das Problem melden konnte. Erst am Morgen kam jemand, um es zu reparieren. Die gesamte Rezeption stand unter Wasser. Ich musste das Hotel verlassen und in ein anderes umziehen."
