"This place is truly special. The enjoyment begins the minute you walk in and meet the lovely staff. The room itself was perfect-spotlessly clean and totally comfortable. We ate in the restaurant and it was a truly incredible meal. To top off the delicious food, the chef himself came out to introduce himself afterwards so we were able to learn about where all those ingredients came from (all local and totally fresh). 10/10 Excellent

"The location is excellent to start from and back to all the surrounding beautiful South Wales area. The amenities were brilliant, you can swim and take part in classes and use the gym. Breakfast was of excellent quality and the staff were very kind and accommodating. We ended staying an extra night! Diolch yn fawr iawn Llety Cynin for a memorable stay!"

"Lovely stay, great location for the town and harbour. Friendly staff. Very large comfy room, however it was very noisy due to being on top on a lively bar, but to be fair it did all finish bang on midnight so wasn’t too bad. However noisy road traffic lasted all night and having only blinds and no curtains meant it was very bright early in the morning. Appreciated having a fan in the room as it was a hot time of year we stayed and you definitely couldn’t open the windows at night due to noise. The room and bathroom were tastefully decorated. And the breakfast was amazing, done to however you liked it. Would stay again"

"Lovely location and beautiful surroundings. Easy access room was very convenient and a good size. Beds were very comfortable. Limited breakfast menu - no fresh fruit and not much choice on cereal. No gluten free options. Housekeeping in room was disappointing. Towels were changed daily but bins were not emptied, nor beds remade. The mini kitchen had microwave and fridge (very useful) but coffee/tea/ milks were not replenished, Only small cups for drinks. Good experience but more effort could be made for guests."
