Villa 4 / b seccagrande

Seafront villa with 200 square meters of outdoor space. The building was recently renovated with passive house characteristics, using green building materials from the outer coats to the roofs. The internal distribution is characterized by a living room with double sofa bed and a modular kitchen with all comforts, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, oven and hob. A large window in the kitchen worktop puts you in visual contact with the outside and the sea. From the main entrance a small Office will give you access to the bathroom with shower and into the bedroom, complete with bedside tables and dresser with linen and bathroom sets. The large wardrobe with sliding doors for hanging, the shoe rack and the dirty linen container, as well as an anti and is dedicated to small appliances, iron, vacuum cleaner, ironing board, drying rack. Outside you will find a terrace overlooking the sea with a large masonry sofa with cover and curtains to shelter you from the sun is a table with chairs for breakfast with a sea view. Along a small corridor, you will find a space dedicated to dining with a wooden table and benches and a cover with sail, in the garden you will find an outdoor shower, a barbeque corner with sink and hob and a green space with sail covers with sofa in plastic and beach chairs.
