"For what it is, it is great! It was right where we needed to be and it allowed for a decent place to sleep and be close to all the things planned over the weekend. If you plan to play outside and just need a place to stay, shower, sleep, and rest, this spot is great for you."

"It’s rare we can find a place to accommodate my entire family. 8 people. 1. We drive electric. The closest charger is about 20 min drive but otw home, we have to drive an hour to turning stone. Not a huge plus for me. 2. Amazing local food. Very unique and home grown. 3. The cabin has a Roku box so we were all set to watch our favorite shows, not that we did much of that since we were out hiking etc. The owners addressed any issues to the best of their abilities. I couldn’t get the grill working. Host suggested I try new propane tank at their expense. I didn’t bother. We used the fire pit to make smorez and was happy with that. They have a water softener, which is nice, because I don’t. The A/C was on 62 and I was still hot sometimes. I asked if It runs on a timer, but It doesn’t. It has a built in thermostat, just seems to shut off too soon or you know, summer. Can’t do much about that. Will definitely be back for the winter. Idk about summer. The living room has a ceiling fan that circulates nicely. I felt most comfortable there during my stay. I stayed in the 2nd floor room nearest the bathroom. None of the other guests complained so It was probably just our room. Maybe I used It wrong idk. I have central air at my house, but I grew up on A/C. Host 10/10 Heat 7/10, It gets cool at night but the mornings feel like an oven. Local 10/10. Beds were comfortable. Place was clean. It doesn’t look big but when you go inside, they used every inch perfectly."

"I stayed here as a pit stop before my friends wedding. The room was clean, hotel is dated but it was fine overall for one night. The bathroom plumbing was a bit iffy but good enough! Overall, good place to spend a night or two, pleasant staff as well."

"Very cute property! I felt like it was glamping. Only things I would suggest is to either provide or give guests a heads up to bring extra supplies - no tissues and less than a half a roll of paper towels etc. The only cleaning issue was some dishes were not clean at all in the cupboard, and the dish sponge or rag were already well used. Parents, you may not feel comfortable with young kids in the loft area as it is open at the top, but as some others said, pretty tight for adults. The 2 bedrooms are great! Overall, a great option in the location and for a great price!"
