"This is the best hotel in Richmond. There is the Casino for the adults and the pool with slides for the kids. The hotel is very accommodating, front desk allows us to check in early when the rooms are available and try to accommodate our request to have rooms side by side."

"The hotel is conveniently located just one block from the SkyTrain station, offering easy access to transportation. The complimentary airport shuttle is a valuable amenity, and the guest rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with a large wall‑mounted television. Staff members were welcoming and courteous throughout my stay. The only drawback is that the parkade is not directly connected to the hotel, requiring guests to walk outside to access it."

"Fire alarm. No access to room for an hour. Lobby crowded. Should have offered vouchers for the restaurant. Everyone tired. Did not let me gain Hilton Honours points (third party booking) I’ve stayed at other Hilton Group hotels and they let us gain points"
