"I was disappointed by the level of service at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson. Specifically, the Front Desk/Housekeeping staff was unhelpful when I approached them about cleanliness of the room. I expected a much higher standard of hospitality for the price paid. While the location is great, the cleanliness of my room was unacceptable. Upon arrival, I found hair all over the bathroom door, towels, and shower walls. Stains on the sheets, which looked like bodily fluid. Despite bringing this to the attention of the staff, it was not addressed during my 3-night stay. Cleanliness is a top priority for any traveler, and unfortunately, this hotel fell short. I also spoke to another customer who said their room was disgusting as well. Got stuck in the elevator too and nobody helped us. I would not recommend staying here if you value customer service."

"Clean room, nice staff, solid breakfast. I stayed for a soccer tournament and this was ideal for a stay where you’re not spending a lot of time in the room. "

I was disappointed with the breakfast that was offered. The pastry section was almost empty at 7:00 am when I went to get my breakfast but the coffee was fresh! "
