We had to wait a hour and half after check in time to get into our rooms, but they were kind to let us have a late check out at 12:00 instead. The room could have been cleaner. I had to re-clean the shower and toilet, the entire bathroom actually, but the overall stay was incredible! We loved our room and the staff was great!

The front desk service was pheneomenal. The shower door was broken and the hotel could have been cleaner but it was a quiet location and overall not a bad stay.

The room was excellent in all aspects.We were there to celebrate my 60th birthday. Our only problem was not being able to turn off the AC in our room. My mother was sadly taken ill on the 25th & was admitted to Sarasota Memorial for 36 hrs. I informed reception evening of 25th that our room would be empty that night. I was v disappointed that on our return no one showed any interest in my mother’s welfare. We also checked out of the hotel one day earlier than planned.
