"This is a lovely hotel in a small village! The hotel is very clean, well decorated with Austrian pride and with lovely helpful staff. We stayed 1 night on our adventure trip through Austria and booked a room for 3 people. The rooms which was in adjacent building are lovely, clean and roomy with wooden furniture. Our daughter ended up withe a separate room and single bed which was a bonus for her. We also decided to try their Restaurant for dinner and it was fantastic! The portions were generous and food was super tasty. In the morning, we went for breakfast which was included and it was the best one we've every had in any hotel. Tasty, high quality food with great variety for everyone. We parked right by the main hotel, though they had additional few spots for parking around the property. We highly recommend this hotel, i believe they are expanding with a new building across the road with additional rooms."

"The staff there are poorly trained when it comes to some hospitality basics. We booked one night and we had a late check in around 1 am due to flight's landing time (which was precomnunicated with the hotel) in which in the second day we asked for just a 30 mins extention beyond the check out time because we were really tired..and then we were shocked by the lady's response of "It is your problem that you checked in late"...who talks like that and who trained her to behave like this! I really hope the extra 15 euros made her life and the hotel financials better."

"This place was amazing. Staff was welcoming and friendly. Room was spacious and was very clean. Breakfast had a buffet option that was self serve as well as hot breakfast to order that was very good as well. It was right next to a public transit stop that takes you to old town Innsbruck. It’s also across the street from a beautiful park and the river. If I get the chance to go back, I will only stay at this place. "
