Ricavoli is a charming villa is located in a very panoramic position overlooking the hills of Florence and a small lake.
The property is an ideal location for clients looking to explore the area and visit the stunning city of Florence with its many attractions at only 15 km away. Greve in Chianti is at approximately 40 minutes drive and the motorway exit at 20 minutes drive from the house. This property is also appreciated for people who love sports as there are a horse-riding school 1 km away and the renowned Ugolino Golf club at just 30-minutes drive from the house. At the same time even if it is in a very private location and clients can relax Ricavoli beautiful and peaceful surroundings, the farmhouse is a short drive distance from shops (6,5km) and to restaurant (2,5km).
The property is located consists of 3 parts, the oldest of which was built in the 13th century and was used afterwards by the pilgrims who stopped there to rest. The house has been restored with great taste and style with spacious, airy interiors and its 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Clients enjoy spending their time together playing pool in the large billiard room or table tennis in the mezzanine floor.
The exteriors are well kept with a lovely veranda in front of the house to enjoy al fresco meals.
The swimming-pool is located in the higher and most panoramic point of the estate, in comparison to the house.
The pool has been equipped with a salt water system, ideal for those looking to avoid chlorine and there is also a changing-room and a shower-room.
Cleaning service is included 15 hours.

Wir haben die Zeit in dem Haus unglaublich genossen! Rebecca und Luciano waren sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und Rebeccas Kochkünste haben uns mehrfach beglückt. Rundum fanden wir es wirklich sehr schön. Haus & Pool & die Lage. Vielleicht könnte man das WLAN noch verbessern:)

Ricavoli was perfect for us! Beginning with the wonderful Tuscan welcome meal that Rebecca prepared for us, continuing with many local outings and train trips from Rignano sull Arno to Florence, and ending on a relaxing Friday around the pool, it couldn't have been better. Please extend our thanks to Rebecca for that dinner and for the many services she provided. We dined in, we dined out, we played pool, we swam in the pool, we played table tennis, we walked the grounds and enjoyed the Views. WE had quite an interesting time relating the history of Ricavoli to the various sections of the villa. It was the perfect blend of modern and ancient.
Thank you for all of your assistance it bringing this all together for us. All eight of us loved it! Even the remote location, back on the small gravel road, added to our liking for the place. The ONE thing I would suggest? Repair the driveway up to the villa, our small cars had a hard time getting over the rutted, bumpy access.

A fanstic week in a great villa. The vill had all of the possibile ameneties we could ask for. We spent the days lying by the pool and evenings eating outside near the BBQ. We could the villa extremely spacious and even though there was 12 of us never felt crowded in anyway.

I thought you would like to know that we had a great holiday at Ricavoli and everyone enjoyed staying there. The pool was very good and well looked after. The house is very well appointed with everything one needs, also it is not so posh that you have to be extremely careful with children that nothing is dirtied. Rebecca is a charming person and was very kind to us. I would like to thank you for being so patient and answering my endless questions and organising everything so efficiently.

Martin, Although rather delayed, wanted to let you know how much the 11 members of our family enjoyed the "villa in Tuscany"! It really was delightful and something we shall all remember for the rest of our days. Already several friends are beginning to think about doing the same thing! We shall certainly give them your address! We would be very grateful if you could give us the address of Salogi so we can write them also.
