I loved everything on and around this property. Sitting at the heart of that shopping district, every place I wanted to visit, was just max 15 mins walking distance.

Great location and professional staff

Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. The view was absolutely stunning, and I was genuinely surprised by the size of the room. It is rare to find such spacious and comfortable accommodations, and it made the trip that much more relaxing. The staff was truly the highlight of the experience. They are hands down some of the best I have ever encountered. Whether I needed help with directions around the city or advice on finding the best local restaurant in town, they went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I am already looking forward to my next trip to Florence, and I won't be looking anywhere else. I will only be staying here!

Water cost more money !!! Just be careful. Food service I surety staff are not that courteous as you see in USA . Or their part of area . I was disappointed !!!!

This hotel is a fantastic value. Very reasonable prices, and Greta location. Amazing, new, clean rooms with fantastic showers and plenty of hot, high-pressure water.
