Wifi signal was too low to be used in my room. Also the internet was very slow when connected to the wifi. Their wifi and internet need to be updated. Also the refrigerator was not working in my room. Regarding the breakfast, there was either no or little vegetable, while there were so many options or bread and cakes. It needs a better balance. Free bicycle was good. Overall, this hotel is a 3 star hotel although they claim 4 star. I would not stay here again if go to Rimini in the future. There are so many hotels in the same area.

The hotel is located close to the beach and close to the lively bars. It provides lots of extras in the bathroom. Friendly staff and good food.

The staff is very friendly. The hotel is a bit more shabby than I expected but some rooms have been redone - some have not. I’d definitely request a renovated room. Breakfast and dinner were both high quality and recommended.

The wifi was unpredictable everywhere in the hotel. The breakfast buffet is ok but serves exactly the same food every morning - very boring. As a non-meat eater I would prefer the cheese and ham to be separated. The cheese tastes like salami. Some guests need reminding that smoking at the edge of the pool can be quite disgusting for the non-smokers and it is really not done to 'park' towels on loungers and then leave for hours at a time. The late breakfast is a great idea, especially with teenagers. Perhaps some basic English lessons would be beneficial for the restaurant staff. The front office staff all speak good English as does one of the bar staff. The cleaning staff are very good. The free bikes is an excellent addition and the location is great for restaurants, beach, transport, old town etc

Lovely stay

For the first two nights we had one room that was not renovated yet. It was nice and good, but the bed wasn’t so comfortable. They used two twin mattresses to create a double bed. The last two nights we were upgraded to a newly renovated bedroom that was absolutely beautiful. Note: the6 upgraded us without asking, which was a nice surprise.

Beautiful hotel
Located in a central area of the Rimini Riviera. Close to the beach and to many restaurants. The hotel was beautifully renovated. First two nights we received a basic but comfortable room. The last two nights we were upgraded - without requesting it - to a lovely renovated room and it was great. Hotel staff helped with anything we needed. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Needs some basics improving
Pool out of order, first room I was offered had a view of a wall. Second room much nicer with a balcony, but no light in bathroom and air con didn’t work (it came on but did not cool). They are also going through repainting making the place look very unfinished inside. Staff very nice and breakfast was basic but good quality.

Terrible start but overall good stay.
Sadly our room wasn't available the first night so they put us up in a hotel next door 3*, which this hotel was 4*. They offered us a free meal to compensate. Though the meal was very good travelling with a baby and toddler, the meal didn't compensate the inconvenience caused after travelling for 8 hours. We couldn't unpack and had to then check in to this hotel (we were meant to be in the following day). That said the rest of the stay was good. The bathroom was a little dated. Pool and staff were lovely. We had a triple room to cater for the children. Only problem was there was no lift so every time we went to the room (only one flight of stairs) myself and wife had to carry our child in the pushchair whilst holding the other toddlers hand. Wifi poor and intermittent. These are the negatives. The breakfast was really good one of the better continentals I've ever had for 4*. All other aspects of the stay were good.

Disappointing stay in Rimini
We we disappointed with the hotel which was supposed to be a 4 star but really is only a 3 star. We had paid for an upgrade but asked to be moved to a normal room because of an irritating noise. The safe is really tiny and I had to stand on the bed to get to it. The breakfast lacked variety, probably OK if you lived on cake and pastries, but fruit, bread, yogurts, jams lacked variety. Staff were variable - some were willing or able but rarely both. The restaurant in the morning really needs a someone senior in charge - the young staff need a bit of training and were a bit rushed at busy times. The hotel really needs a good manager who who knows what customer service is. At no time during our stay did we get an impression that there was anyone in charge. Head office needs send in a mystery shopper!

No sure how this hotel Managed to get 4 star rate , bcz simply the quality of the hotel not even reach 2 stars , the room smell , v old furniture , the type of key , fir the door and safe it just look like gone back to 16th century very disappointed and will never recomond to amy one

Stationnement a 18 euro dit seulement apres avoir paye, très bruyant insonorisation n'y ai pas on entend la chasse d'eau des autres chambres. On nous a diriger vers un restaurant qui etait fermé. Le déjeuner a 9hres etais déjà en manque d'aliments et non pas ete ajouter.

La mia prenotazione è stata volturata su un altro hotel della catena I-SUITE, di una stella superiore e allo stesso prezzo. Tuttavia l'hotel destinazione è risultato poco funzionale per soggiorni di lavoro ( mancanza di una presa computer nei pressi della scrivaia) , scrivania con design particolari , senza protezioni laterali , inutile, water quadrato, design assurdo, lavello pericoloso con rubinetto sporgente, ancjh'esso con design tanto assurdo quanto inutile e pericoloso , ecc.....; in ultimo ricevuta di pagamanto non rispondente nel formato alle mie richieste ( accorpamento spese bar con ristorante e seoparazione spese parking ), ecc... UN DISASTRO
