A fantastic stay, brand new property full of style, cool staff that was very friendly. The property is 2 min walking from the Beach, rooms are brand new with all comforts. The breakfast is something special, high Quality cappuccino that is something hard yo find. Free parking is a good plus and the wifi is working properly.

Hotel Aria is a wonderful hotel and place to stay while visiting Rimini. The location is beautiful, safe, 5 minute walk from beach and 2 minute walk from a huge selection of restaurants and shops. The rooms are big and so clean, with beautiful views on a lovely balcony. The bathroom is also spacious and spotless. The staff were always incredibly friendly and helpful. The pool is perfect, clean, and spacious. There’s a bar that we didn’t know about where you can get drinks! Breakfast was also...

Fantastic welcome when we arrived. All of the staff were amazing & friendly. Fabio at reception was so nice. Spotless hotel, the cleanliness was 110%. Superb breakfast every morning. The food in the restaurant was also fantastic. The location was good with plenty of parking & within easy walking distance to the old town & the beach.

Air conditioning was not cold and room was too small with ants.

The hotel itself is probably the cleanest I have ever stayed at and I have traveled extensively. But... the spa has problems - there is a not-so-nice smell when you enter the spa area. The water hoses in the Turkish bath didn’t work and the Finnish sauna was much hotter than a normal one. The rest area was okay. The other negative was the staff. Too formal may seem professional but it is not welcoming. Beautiful interiors and clean but we probably would not go back.
