"Booked for my teenage stepson and his best friend for their first time abroad alone. All communications with Nathalie were swift and concise. The apartment was even nicer than expected from the photos, spacious, modern and very clean. The young men were very happy with the location as well, lots of bars and cafes in the area, and have asked if they can return in Spring next year. Good value for money as well."

"Wir haben ein Apartment in 18 Etage bekommenAufzüge regelmäßig defekt ( täglich ) also laufen WLAN kostenpflichtig Fernseher defekt Handtücher gab es auf 1 Etage , nur selbst Abholung Am Pool keine liegen also auf dem Handtuch liegen auf den nackten Beton Ps. Für zu späte einchecken verlangte Mann von uns 30 Euro ( ohne Rechnung )Eigentümerin nur WhatsApp auf englisch oder spanisch zu erreichen Nicht empfehlenswert "

"We have stayed in the Melia Benidorm many times over the past 20 years, we have enjoyed it very much and why we continued to return. The pool area is excellent with no problems. We feel now though the Hotel is getting a bit old and behind the times. Nothing has changed for years, it's no longer up to date and requires modernization. Things like no USB plugs in the rooms or public spaces, the bedroom had satellite TV, but the UK channels not working. The wooden panelling is old and water stained, bit of a 1990's throwback. The bar is boring and very old fashioned. The decor is the same this past 25 years and really beginning to show. We also found the standard if food to be not as good. Plenty of choice but just seems to be using cheap products and poor quality food. Whilst we have enjoyed our time at the Melia it's now time to move on and find a more up to date Hotel with better facilities and standards."
