Wonderful helpful staff, a credit to the hotel as well as to themselves. A beautiful receptionist greeted us on our arrival, unfortunately her name escapes me, she had a lovely soft English accent, an excellent person for front of house, a huge asset to the hotel. This place is a real find the staff very friendly The bedroom was very nice and spacious The bathroom very spacious also the room was spotlessly clean the bed very comfy the breakfast is cooked to order and again the staff very efficient I would definitely stay here again it was excellent value and we had a very pleasant stay The only downside no bar however they are open to you bringing your own drink in and they are happy to supply ice & glasses you are welcome to have your drinks...

Amazing location and welcoming staff! The hotel and surrounding property is beautiful. It is located right off of the Ring of Kerry with amazing views and hiking trails a short drive away. In addition, the city with shopping, restaurants and pubs are also a short drive away. We couldn't have asked for a perfect location! The staff is very attentive and friendly. Thank you for such an amazing stay and I will be back!
