"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, even extended it by one day! Loved their breakfast , dining area, and the ability to use washer dryer. Rooms were comfortable and clean with breathtaking spectacular views. Best thing was accessibility to terminal for bus, train and gondola rides!"

"The rooms were hot and there is a bar in the basement that was noisy and rowdy ‘til 5 a.m. We were told the bar is closing soon, and this should be resolved, but it was awful."

"Great location on the train platform, made sightseeing so simple. There was no noise or disturbances. Room was beautiful and loved the seating area outside and the wrap round glass windows. "

"The hotel has a commanding position in Wengen. The view of the mountains and valley are fantastic, and the common areas attract the guests to them. The hotel was clearly high-end decades ago, but has faded a bit. Some will find this charming, while others may not. The breakfast was excellent and should accommodate all tastes. The staff were outstanding, very personable and helpful."

"Overall, lovely hotel and in a great location in the town centre. Spa and pool are the highlight. Room was comfy and fresh, think we had a updated room which was nice. It did however lack coat hooks and places to hang wet robes and towels...a basic that's missing. Breakfast was ok, it didn't quite hit expectations. Could have done with a few more hot options. Would definitely recommend. "

"Hilltop lodging with Swiss charm just outside Interlaken city center. Car is helpful (free parking!) as there are not many walkable conveniences nearby. Room was comfortable with great views over Interlaken and mountains. Included with stay breakfast is good - standard continental. Staff is excellent - super helpful and very welcoming. We enjoyed our stay here!"

"Founds bugs in the bed (probably not bed bugs but still), breakfast was often running out of things constantly without being replaced right away well before the closing time of 10, bad air circulation in the room"
