"The pictures on this property need to be updated!! Long black hair all over the tile floors, broken blinds, trash and dirty linens in the halls, dirt just swept into a pile in the hall. No hot water. Cleaning seemed to consist of heavily spraying Lysol over the floors since the smell of Lysol was overwhelming and the tile floors were slick (and stayed that way). The young man who greeted us was pleasant and tried his best but he was apparently the only employee on the property. "

"- No elevator and narrow “one person at a time” stairs. Don’t travel with a lot of luggage - Poor water pressure in shower - Sketchy neighborhood/street - Strong smell of urine and had a homeless guy as welcoming committee - Loud cars and motorcycles up and down the street at night - Don’t see a karaoke bar not sure why they have a picture of one. Actually there’s a garage type door associated with a bar, but it’s shuttered and locked to ground. - Room with sofa bed where bed didn’t open all the way because it hit the opposite wall. Had to shift the sofa 90 degrees to open bed. - Mattress on sofa bed looked like it was borrowed from local jail - No socket in the bathroom - Honestly if you’re staying for one night and don’t care about what I wrote above, and it’s the cheapest room around, then book it. But buyer beware. - IMO dish out a little more and get a true hotel. For the amount they charge you can get a better place for an extra $30-$50 a night."

"Rooms were clean and worked great for a small family stay. Our room was next to the break room for hotel staff, so noise from them woke my wife a couple of times during the night. That would be my only complaint."

"Small but sweet perfect for two people clean updated couldn’t figure out the stove. Try to YouTube how to turn it on, but I couldn’t figure it out. Thank you for having us."

"Very basic hotel if you need a place to stay the night before a cruise trip. Just keep in mind that if you have heavy luggage, that this place does not have an elevator or offer help with your luggage as well. Not suitable for people with mobility issues. "

"Great hotel. Clean room, the staff with excellent customer service. The breakfast was perfect. "

"Property was clean and it is located right at the water. It is about 20-25 minutes away from the airport in an older part of Puerto Rico. There is a bar and restaurant attached. Food was good at the restaurant. Mixed drink ah not so much."

"This is THE WORST PLACE TO STAY. No linens were left no soap. Property is in horrible shape and faucets in sink don’t work. Next to impossible to get our luggage by a parked car and garden hose. The place was discusting but we arrived at 9:30pm and too late to find another place to stay. Our 93 yr old mom had to sleep on a disgusting futon with stain all over it and NO LINES TO MAKE THE BED AND NOT ENOUGH TOWELS TO EVEN USE TO LAY ON OR COVER UP WITH. I was told that someone would be there to help with luggage and anything else we needed!!!!!! No one even reachable by phone.. expensive and of course non refundable. Hotels . Com was trying so hard to help us but property was not acknowledging fault. Hotels.com could reach them but we could not. If this honest review makes it to the page at Janer I give it a NEGATIVE 10. DONT STAY HERE"
