"Pools were closed. Jets in tube didn't work. TV is way too small for the big room. Toilet too low to the ground. Water pressure was low. Beds were comfortable and the balcony was nice."

"Hard to imagine a better place to stay while in Gatlinburg. The rooms are fantastic. The showers are bigger than some closets, and have a three-nozzle setup that's amazing. The rooms also have balconies that have wonderful views of the surrounding area. The hotel property has a really nice bar, an an incredible pool area, and is centrally located within walking distance of pretty much anything in town. You have to pay for parking, but I guess that's par for the course in this area of Gatlinburg. I also have to say, I had a problem with my neighbors and the hotel immediately moved me to a different room. So customer service is top notch. Like I say, it's hard to imagine a better experience while staying in this town."

"Amazing stay while in Gatlinburg. Close enough to walk to the strip but far enough where it was quiet. Excellent location to the park without having to battle traffic through town. Great room with fireplace and balcony. Can’t recommend this place enough. "

"Very nice staff. Good breakfast with daily variations. Nice common spaces indoor & out. Very clean. Kids would love the indoor splash/swim park that is adjoined to the neighboring facility. Free parking great for Gatlinburg. Close walk to the downtown parkway and just down road from Smoky Mountain National Park."
