  • This renovated farm cottage is situated next to a Grade II- listed 18th century corn mill where the residents reside. it offers a charming holiday for families that want to relax in North Yorkshire countryside with access to splendid grounds where many elements releated to the mill, such as the millpond, millstones and evidence of a aqueduct, can still be found. An ideal getaway for families looking to experience country life deep in the heart of Wensleydale. Set on the edge of a hamlet called Healey and relax in the North Yorkshire countryside with access to the splendid grounds, you'll see that you are surrounded by countryside at this property, yet still within easy driving distance of bustling towns. The nearest town of Masham (3 miles) boasts Georgian buildings around a cobbled square, site of the famous Sheep Fair in September. A door leads into the bright kitchen with exposed beams and dining area. Down a few steps you will find double and twin bedrooms separated by a bathroom with a shower over bath and WC. A third en-suite zip and link double bedroom is located off the new living room.

At the front of the property, there is a fully enclosed courtyard which is loved by dogs and perfect for enjoying an al fresco drink in the evenings or sizzling up a BBQ. Guests have access to the wonderful extensive grounds, with the exception of a private gazebo area. There is a delightful grassy area with a fabulous view for you to enjoy a picnic.
