Cosy property in quintessential Village old town

Frank was a very friendly calm welcoming host who was keen to ensure we had all we needed to enjoy our stay. The apartment, les Geraniums is at the top of three flights of stairs which we managed fine but us worth being g aware of. We’d recommend for sure!

The village Riquewihr is a very picturesque, pleasant and admirable location.However, parking is a big challenge and even after payment at the tourist agency for a parking permit (5/day) you may still encounter the challenge of an available parking lot.The accommodation itself and the stay was okay, but there are some things that definitely require some attention:1) Communication with the owner was very sluggish and inadequate !!We did enter the accommodation uncleaned with used bed sheets lying on the floor and after I had blown the whistle a couple of times on this situation the cleaners did come at about 21 pm in the evening !!2) We were also expecting a washmachine in the house, but did find out that there was a washmachine in a laundry room downstairs. This was okay, but it was inadequately communicated and not specified in the advertisement of this accommodation.3) Both the bathroom and the toilet could do with some proper ventilation.4) At hot weather the accommodation at the 3rd floor can be very hot, so that the availability of Airco or more fans would be appropriate and correct.5) The rooms are directly at the level of the roof adjacent to the roofs of the next door house. It would have been good if those windows are provided with Flyscreens even though the place was not infested with bats or musquitoes.Overall, the place worthy for leisure spending and this accommodation is okay, but if the communication with the owner was more instant and upfr

Unsere Urlaubserfahrung ist folgende: Trotz negativer Erfahrung haben wir unsern Urlaub in Riquewihr genossen. Positiv fanden wir die Lage der Ferienwohnung (sehr zentral im Ort) und ihren Zuschnitt.Total enttäuscht sind wir aber, dass Sie uns eine falsche Unterkunft vermittelt haben. Ich hatte ganz konkret die Ferienwohnung 'View over the vines' gebucht! Als ich erst am Abend vor unserer Abfahrt per Mail erfuhr, dass wir die Wohnung ' Fleur de Coton' beziehen sollten, habe ich sofort und auch am nächsten Tag während der Anreise versucht, Sie und Mr. Adilly zu erreichen, um diesen Irrtum aufzuklären. Jedoch bekamen wir keinen Kontakt, weder telefonisch noch per Mail.Wir fühlten uns betrogen!Zur Wohnung 'Fleur de Coton' haben wir auch einige Bemerkungen:Wir wussten nicht, wohin mit dem Abfall (wenn die Eimer in der Küche voll waren). Nirgendwo gab es dazu eine schriftliche Info. Ebenso fehlte eine schriftliche Erklärung zur Benutzung des Herdes. Es gelang uns nur nach etlichen Fehlversuchen, im Grunde nur durch Zufall! Ferner gab es keine Geschirrtrockentücher.Die Beleuchtung im Schlafzimmer gegenüber der Küche ist unzureichend und die im Wohnzimmer total ungemütlich.Schließlich vermissten wir einen zweiten Wohnungsschlüssel, weil wir 4 Gäste nicht immer genau zur gleichen Zeit und am gleichen Ort unterwegs waren.Schade!Ich hoffe, die nächsten Gäste machen bessere Erfahrungen als wir!M. und E. Gemütliches Nest in einem zauberhaften Ort

Die Wohnung ist perfekt inmitten des wunderschönen, sehr gut besuchten Ortes gelegen, dennoch genießt man hier oben himmlische Ruhe. Man blickt auf Dächer und Weinberge, kaum aus der Tür jedoch ist man mitten im Trubel: Restaurants, Shopping und Degustationen warten direkt um die Ecke. Weitere Ausflugsziele und Besichtigungen sind schnell zu erreichen.Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr angenehm und gemütlich eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Für uns blieben keine Wünsche offen und wir empfehlen „Les appartements de Louise“ gerne weiter. Vielen Dank an Franck für den herzlichen Empfang!

Kurzweilige Urlaubstage

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in dem Appartement. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und individuell eingerichtet. Besonders praktisch war es, dass es zwei Badezimmer gab. Der Vermieter hatte uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Appartement befindet sich in der historischen Altstadt von Riquewihr. Dort findet sich eine gute touristische Infrastruktur mit einer großen Auswahl an Restaurants. Die nahe gelegenen Weinberge können sehr gut erwandert werden.

Au delà du caractère très sympathique et accueillant de Mr Adilly, le propriétaire, cette location est en tous points conforme aux photos et descriptif de l'annonce. Le "plus" étant la possibilité de se garer sur une place réservée, à un tarif raisonnable, via la mairie et via Mr Adilly, pour la semaine. Un souci de moins dans cette ville très fréquentée, à juste titre, et en toutes saisons. Quelques années de moins nous auraient été "utiles" pour gravir les trois étages, sans essoufflement, mais là, c'est le privilège de l'âge de nos artères. Même le soleil était là. Vraiment un excellent séjour !

Traumhaft ruhiges Appartment in märchenhafter Umgebung

Das Appartment ist sehr komfortabel und mit allem ausgestattet, was sich ein Feriengast wünschen kann. Es liegt in einer ruhigen Seitengasse von Riquewihr und selbst wenn zahlreiche Touristen im Ort sind, ist es hier absolut ruhig. In unmittelbarer Reichweite findet man alles, was man sich kulinarisch wünschen kann. Man kann Museen besuchen oder durch die Weinberge spazieren oder die ebenfalls märchenhaften Orte der Umgebung besuchen. Wir wurden von unseren Vermietern sehr herzlich empfangen und mit Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt versehen. Fazit: keine Wünsche offen und wir können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen!

Geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. In der Küche war wirklich alles vorhanden. WLAN fiel leider öfter aus oder war extrem langsam. Zum Parken hat der Gastgeber Parkmarken der Gemeinde für 4€/Tag, sonsten kostet das Parken an der Stadtmauer 2.20€/h. Die touristischen Ziele in der Umgebung sind alle schnell erreicht. Uns hat Kaysersberg und die Haut-Koenigsburg am besten gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Schöne Wohnung in der Altstadt

Eine sehr zentrale Wohnung innerhalb der Stadtmauern, aber gleichzeitig ruhig gelegen. An Ausstattung fehlte uns nichts, alles war da und funktioniert gut. Lediglich die alten Holzböden können dazu führen, dass man gemeinsam mit dem oberen Mieter munter wird ;-)

Komfortabel und sehr ruhig,

- sogar bei offenem Fenster! Wir waren im Herbst zu Gast in "Les Geraniums", der hellen Dachgeschoss- Wohnung (2.OG) in dem frisch sanierten Gebäude. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Ausstattung war so wie beschrieben. Wir haben sehr gut gewohnt, fest geschlafen und uns gut erholt. Der Ort liegt mitten in den Weinbergen und eignet sich gut als Ausgangspunkt für ausgiebige Wanderungen und Abstecher in die anderen Winzer- Städtchen in der Nähe. Vielen Dank noch an den sehr zuvorkommenden und pünktlichen Gastgeber.
