"Excellent hotel. Great Gym. Breakfast was above and beyond the regular hotel breakfast. Staff very nice and helpful. I dropped a star because it advertised free bikes. This is the second hotel in a row we've stayed at from hotels.com that was misleading/ inaccurate in there list of amnities. Which is frustrating."

"I had booked a King room with jet tub and balcony and was placed in the furthest hall in a corner on the second floor where you have to walk forever to get to and where there were rooms with conjoined doors. It had its own seperate door for 4 hotel rooms and was excluded from the main part of the hotel. We could hear yelling from the guys next door like they were in the room with us. The room was also not cleaned well. There were rings from drinks on night stands, toothpaste on fronts of bathroom cupboards as well as hair on bathtub and pink mold in the jets and filter of the tub. My boyfriend asked the front desk to move us and they at first acted like there was nothing that could be done besides ask the neighbors to be quiet, which we didn't want done because we didn't want issues with our neighbors. They then agreed to move us to another bigger room on the third floor. As we were walking to our room the halls were full of people drinking alcohol and going from hotel door to door partying and yelling. We walked in our room and there were spills of alcohol or something sticky as soon as you enter the door. We didn't have a balcony like I had payed for nor did we have a King bed. I believe it was a full. Rooms are not very clean for being a 4 star hotel. Ive worked at hotels so the attention to detail should be better in my opinion. I told the front desk about our issues and she said they cant really do much about people making noise but they would address the housekeeping."

"Great hotel, location and staff. The breakfast was excellent. Loved that the hotel is dog friendly with plenty of places to walk our little guy. We will definitely stay here again!"

"Great place to stay, our stay turned into an extended stay after a job interview, this is a well cared for lovely place to stay and you can walk to the hot springs (literally across the street) and downtown. The best place to stay in Steamboat!"

"The villas were perfect. Ski in ski out. A nice lobby that offered Starbucks breakfast and coffees, also other foods. The toom was in great shape, the check in process was easy and they were very nice and helpful. I would stay here again and recommend to others. Location location location and great accommodations. Easy parking and nice hot tubs and pool. Loved the spa and gift shop. Great clothing and accessories "

"Front desk customer specialists / staffs were friendly and Welcomed us with warm smile. Laundry lady was very kind and voluntarily washed some special cloths for my daughter. Property is well renovated and located in ideal location, near to safeway and City market."

"Very accommodating host, and well-maintained property. While there was some very loud pounding on the last evening of our stay (led to disruption of our time in the unit, and a fan light-cover fell down on us in the living room) from the unit above us, the host dealt with it and offered deposit reassurance. Great access to the mountain via free shuttle! Beautiful views! Great outdoor hot-tub and again very good communication by our host, including proactively!"
