Each bedroom is equipped with a Smart TV and a work desk, allowing you to work remotely or unwind with your favorite shows. Both master suites include a queen-size bed, private bathroom, large closets, and a mini fridge for added convenience. All other bedrooms come with quality queen-size mattresses. Monthly Rate: Pricing may vary depending on the length of stay, number of guests, season, and other factors.
Utilities: We cover up to $500 in utilities; anything above this cap will be billed to the tenant.
Cleaning: A monthly cleaning of common areas is included in your rent.
Deposit & Payments: A $2000 deposit is required upon signing, and the first month's rent is due three days prior to move-in.
No Smoking: This property is strictly non-smoking.
Lease Extension: We request a 30-day notice if you'd like to extend your stay.
