"First impressions count and I was met at reception by Cailin (sorry if I butchered the spelling) and she was excellent. Bright, funny and friendly but most of all really helpful and got us checked in a little early and even helped us find rooms better suited to where we were parked. If all hotels were reviewed based on the staff it’s a 10/10. Other than that everything else was good. Nice big clean room. A nice all round hotel. My only real criticism was the WiFi. "This hotel was actually really good for a cheap reasonable price for one night wasn't bad the room itself was big enough, very cleaned & decent size shower with really hot water & ac unit that was really good. I notified the front desk about the loud fan motor on heating/ac unit/sounds like a bearing going out; and low battery light on thermostat. Staff was excellent, good customer service skills. I was attending a conference at the Convention Center and I could easily walk back and forth to my room during the daytime conference. "
