"Excellent hotel, very spacious and clean at great location. There are a number of homeless on the downtown streets that may cause some travelers to want to stay in the suburbs but we enjoyed the proximity to the river and the great river walks and views and the abundance of dining choices. It is important to get a room that Is on the backside of the building away from the very busy and noisy street that runs in front of the hotel. The windows are not adequate to reduce this noise significantly."

"The location was good especially if you want to learn a little about Spokane past and present. Our room was perfect for our group. Even though it is close to the train tracks, none of us heard the train in our bedrooms. We slept like babies. The staff was always pleasant, helpful and accommodating.
