"The hotel is beautiful and located on a perfect beachfront. The lead up is a 'no-eggs-allowed' cobblestone drive. Room: We booked a ground level beachfront with a yard, plunge pool, deck chairs umbrella, fire pit with seating with access to the adult pool and beach. Room was large and clean, but not ready for our party. More later. The shower/bathtub is fully enclosed and has floor to ceiling glass facing outside, with a remote controlled privacy blind, and same (with door) on the inside. This does not offer privacy on the inside but families may not care. Plunge pool was fun for a day, but not fun alone (sulk). Toilet is separate and door closes fully. Food: The 3 restaurants had decent (if pricey) food and the gem of the three was the Spice Market (try the samosas and catch of the day). While the food was good, for the cost, only Spice Market was worth it and it would have been cheaper to rent a car and drive to town (Bucerias, Sayulitas, Puerto Vallarta) to eat. Staff: Hotel staff were wonderful and helpful without being obsequious. Always the highlight of a stay for me. Back to room: We booked a month in advance for a party of three. Two adults, one child. We get to our room and no sleeping arrangements had been made for our child. It took over 90 minutes to sort out, with the staff on duty telling us we would have to pay extra for a bed... When we were in the room... After check-in... With a one month lead time. It was sorted out eventually."

"Los menús muy bien , lamentable solo en el área de family 2 barras , hibalisna otras áreas de palladium y no nos servían las mismas bebidas, te hacían ir al área de family a servirte, la atención de los meseros en family excelente , los aires acondicionados del cuarto no enfriaban eran 11 habitaciones en total que vivamos en familia, los jacuzzi de los cuartos con agua sucia que salía muy mal mantenimiento en sus tuberías "

"The room was clean but the door didn’t lock properly. We had to lift it up to get all of the locks to engage. The Wi-Fi did not work in our room and it was 50/50 on if you’d head pulsating bass at night from the nightclubs. Definitely in the more local side of town. Overall it was fine, but if you like/need a few more amenities it is not 110%. Pool was nice, easy to walk the town. Good enough but not above and beyond."

"Great beach access and the food was good. Not a ton of options but it was good for a few days. The pool is large and warm and not too busy. Mainly locals take advantage of this establishment, which I liked because I could practice my Spanish. If you don’t speak any Spanish, you will have a difficult time here. The room had a full fridge with a freezer and water that was easily accessible. No one was ‘servíng’ drinks around the pool, so you have to bring your own food and drinks to the pool and beach. A lovely place to unwind for a few days."

"Absolutely beautiful and well managed facility . Staff were SO friendly ! My daughter and I were glad to be there in late April which is just off season cause it’s a big complex and would be way too crazy for my taste during season. Spent a lot of time at adult pool . Def go to Punta da Mita and Sayulita. Easy uber rides"

"This was my second time in Delta. The property is really beautiful and peaceful and amenities are great. The staff were super nice and friendly like Lulu, Jorge and Karen. Pools are great and it’s nice to have a choice between beach and the pools. We definitely come back for the third time!"
