"Camera adeguata ma bagno piccolo e scomodo. Check in durato 15 minuti perché l’addetto faceva contemporaneamente il cameriere ai tavoli, quindi ci abbandonava temporaneamente senza neanche scusarsi. Tra l’altro ha fatto la foto di tutti i documenti (cosa che secondo me non è legale). Sicuramente rapporto prezzo qualità superiore ai servizi offerto"

It was some of the best customer service we encountered during our entire time in Italy. Can't say enough good things. You'll be charmed by the view and the garden and the breakfast offerings. "Torre del Nera was a beautiful place. Staff was welcoming and due to steep steps, appreciated the electric cart. Good restaurant and I utilized the Spa whic was awesome.can imagine the beauty of this in the fall!"

"The room was very outdated, it smelled like an unventilated room, there were cobwebs on the walls, the shower was really small, The picture of the room on the website does not resemble the room we got. The only thing that stood out was the view from the lake in the morning"

"This hotel/restaurant was in a little village that was absolutely gorgeous. The area had several hiking paths which unfortunately we could not go on. For us it was a thrill to be in this town and the diner they cooked for us was exquisite. Home made. The host/manager was very good, cordial and very welcoming. I highly recommend this place. "
