Nice clean space staff friendly and caring

It’s a beautiful building. It is located in a tourist area and in a very loud area. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Excellent RIU hotel, with an unbeatable location and price during the summer. You can walk around Gran Via and get to Plaza Mayor quickly, with no noise in the room. Very professional cleaning services, and the front customer service is good, but they can improve.

If you're travelling on a budget I would recommend this accommodation. I stayed in a single room with shared bathroom. The accommodation was clean and comfortable, though the room was very small - just enough room for a single bed and very small bedside table ... but it did have a TV. The shared bathroom was clean with plenty of hot water and good water pressure, though the shower cubicle is very small. As a lone traveller I felt safe there (5th floor and plenty of locked doors). My only gripe with the room was that it had no window to the outside - there was a 'window' which opened to the stairwell/lift and there was a lot of noise from this area until quite late at night. The location is good - a 5-10 minute walk to Gran Via, about 20 minute walk to the Plaza Mayor - with quite a few places to eat and small shops for snacks and beverages close by. Staff were friendly, though I didn't really require their services as only there for a few days.

This was an absolute gem of a hotel. The service at the front desk was exemplary. They provided so many great instructions and recommendations I never needed to worry about planning. The grounds were stunning, and the amenities were top tier. This hotel felt like a luxury hotel at a good price and was in a perfect area to walk everywhere.
