"I had the top floor room with a large terrace and spectacular view of the lake. A wonderful Breakfast was served on the terrace. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. There are some little things that could use improvement. They see fit to only give you one towel even though there’s a hot tub on the patio. There are no tissues and only a small rubbish bin in the bathroom. I would definitely recommend it and hope to return."

Gorgeously restored tranquil farmhouse

"A beautifully renovated property in a small hamlet on the outskirts of Castiglione del Lago. The accommodation is on the first floor of the building and there's a small terrace and two chairs to sit under cover, and access to the garden at the rear. There was a covered parking area adjacent to the property.There were four generous sized bedrooms all with air conditioning and two bathrooms located off a small study area. The kitchen was modern with a good range of crockery/cutlery and sufficient large pans for big family groups. The fridge/freezer was efficient and it was helpful to have a washing machine. There was air con in the kitchen and the attached lounge area, which had plenty of seating for our group of 5 adults.Castiglione is a lovely little town and the museum and castle walls are worth visiting for some great views. They were also doing the outdoor cinema in the castle walls during our visit which was a great experience despite the pesky mosquitos!It was easy to use Castiglione as a base and we took day trips out to visit Assisi and Montepulciano. In Castiglione we found the most fabulous gelateria (BeBop), and also had a lovely meal overlooking the lake at La Pigra Tinca and had amazing seafood linguine at restaurant Via Roma which we'd thoroughly recommend (and wish we'd discovered earlier in the week). Jeremy was responsive and gave helpful recommendations. The only thing we missed because of the heat, was a swimming pool! Excellent property."

"We had an excellent stay at Morami Agriturismo. The kids loved the pool and we loved the wine and beautiful grounds. The area is very quiet but you are a close drive to some great towns and cities, including Castiglione del Lago and Perugia. We definitely recommend this place for a few relaxing days in a gorgeous part of Umbria."

"What an incredible place to spend time with family. I could not imagine a more family/child friendly environment. The location is also ideal for exploring Tuscany and Umbria. You are a short drive to some of the best olive oil and wine in the world. The pool is very large and well kept as well."
