Hotel looks slightly dated, and the breakfast were served poorly regarding the current situation. But this hotel has a indoor fireplace which pays for all other disadvantages. It is nice to come back to fireplace after a day of skiing and get warm fast!

Great location, price, and breakfast!
I booked this hotel at the last minute because of the price, and I will definitely stay there again. It seems to be family-run, and all of the staff whom I encountered were very helpful. The views are incredible. The breakfast was amazing. It is 2 minutes walk to the cable car and just steps from the entrance to the gorge.

Unpretentious but very nice
Great little hotel, not the newest but friendly and good food and services. Location was great for some semi-serious cycling but would be good for hikers too. Elevation is good for summer temperatures (cool even when it's hot down in valleys).

Per essere un 2 stelle direi piu che buono, albergo accogliente così come i titolari, mangiato bene ,stanze carine, piccoli dettagli da sistemare come aspiratore 164 rumoroso. E aggiunta di coperte leggere in dotazione per chi ha troppo caldo anche con radiatori chiusi... Posizione spettacolare👍

Accogliente e famigliare la vita in albergo. Cucina ottima e personale molto disponibile. Forse la struttura meriterebbe una rinfrescata generale e una ristrutturazione per gli impianti e i servizi igienici

In poche parole a posto fuori ma dentro ti devi adattare ad un ambiente di tanti anni fa' compresa la moquette. Il prezzo è basso per cui l'offerta ti rende adattabile ma non entusiasta. La posizione è certo invidiabile quindi ci si augura che venga presto ristrutturato all'interno.

Hotel geschlossen !! Und uns wurde auf dubiose Weise eine teuere Ferienwohnung angeboten. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht und keine Frühstück und kein Abendessen möglich.

Gentile cliente la causa di tutto questo e' dovuto perche' lei ha messo al momento della prenotazione una carta di credito fasulla e quando e' arrivato in struttura non ha voluto pagare. Pensava che il soggiorno fosse gratis?cordiali saluti gino direttore

Outstandingly good view from the balcony! This accommodation is very old and the hotel itself doesn't have a lot of facilities. However, there's a small supermarket, outdoor shop and a bar that serves sandwiches, all within a short walk away. I'd recommend staying here.

Locali datati ma accoglienti, con un fascino retrò e comunque ben curati. Si percepisce la gestione familiare attenta e gentile. La ristorazione offre abbondanza e varietà, ma manca la materia prima di qualità e i piatti potrebbero essere cucinati meglio.

Hotel gestito bene. È stato il primo della localitá, molta tradizione e orgoglio. La nostra camera aveva arredamento datato, lavandino in camera e WC privato con doccia separato.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Clima familiare
Albergo vicinissimo agli impianti di risalita per la Marmolada. Camera spaziosa con letti comodi, l'unico disagio è il bagno piccolo e obsoleto. Ottimo clima familiare con staff estremamente gentile e affabile. Colazione e cena buona e abbondante. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. All'interno la struttura è arredata in stile tirolese un po' retró. Adatta a chi vuole rilassarsi e non ha grandi pretese.

Albergo pulito, carino e in bella posizione, ai piedi della Marmolada. Unico problema il cibo, l'albergo non è adatto a gestire problematiche alimentari quali allergie o intolleranze. E nei paraggi c'è poco altro dove andare...

La struttura è gradevole e pulita, le camere sono datate ma con letti comodi e nuovi. Servizio navetta per gli impianti continuo fino alle 10. 30 rientro in struttura con sci ai piedi

Settimana bianca a Malga Ciapela
Abbiamo scelto l'hotel Malga Ciapela per trascorrere le nostre vacanze sulla neve i primi dell'anno. I proprietari sono molto simpatici ed accoglienti. Gli ambienti sono pulitissimi. La posizione dell'albergo è ottima per chi vuole uscire con gli sci ai piedi , però sinceratevi che l'impianto più vicino sia funzionante, soprattutto per chi vuole fare un corso di sci per principianti: noi lo abbiamo trovato chiuso e per il corso principianti siamo stati dirottati all'impianto del monte Civetta a circa 7 km di distanza. Ad ogni modo per arrivare al Civetta si può prendere il bus, mentre per raggiungere i vicini collegamenti con la Marmolada l'albergo offre un ottimo servizio di navetta gratuito che ci impiega davvero pochissimi minuti. Siamo stati benissimo, albergo e albergatori promossi!!!
