There is no functioning AC in the building at all, and I was told to “crack the window” if I got hot. I was never informed there was no AC prior to booking or upon arrival. ..."

"I got there and they didn't have rooms ready stayed until 530 and left as they were under staffed, no sheets ready and no straight answers. The cleaning staff tried to help but you can tell they were stretched. I didn't get a refund either."

"The only comply we had was there were many items missing on the breakfast buffet line. They seemed short staffed and also just didn’t have the food available. Room was clean. Bed comfortable and the pool was refreshing. Would stay again."
