"Pre check in was fast and easy, when we got to the front desk we were helped immediately and our front desk employee was really nice, she answered all our questions and she informed us of everything and was very welcoming. The room was nice and spacious and clean. The pool was nice and clean also and so was the jacuzzi. The gym also was clean and nice. At the cantina and during breakfast all the staff was nice and welcoming. We saw that they have house keeping cleaning on Wednesday, and we headed out of the room and we saw that the house keeper was like a few rooms down. When we came back the room was not cleaned. Not sure why it wasn’t cleaned since we were under the assumption that it would be, and we didn’t leave our do not disturb sign on. We also requested some extra towels to the room but almost after 30 minutes we had to call again and eventually we got some. Not sure how they operate when it comes to the house keeping part of it but it was a little annoying that it didn’t go our way especially since everything else was going great. "

"We truly enjoyed our stay at Edgewater Inn & Suites. One thing to keep in mind is that not all rooms look exactly like the photos online—ours wasn’t quite as updated or “wow” as expected. That said, the overall experience was still very good. The location is hard to beat—right by the beach, close to the pier, and the views are beautiful. The hot tub and pool were both clean and fully functioning, which we really appreciated. Even though the room wasn’t as modern as pictured, it was very clean and comfortable. The location and amenities definitely outweighed that for us. We plan to come back and bring the kiddos!"

"The location was great and the view from our room of the ocean and other areas of the hotel were beautiful. All around the staff and workers were great. They did a good job with the breakfast . I will definitely recommend and stay there again ."
