"Kelly at the front desk was efficient, accommodating, and kind. My room was exactly what I had requested and needed. There are not many amenities, but I had what I wanted for this trip to the beach which was a quite retreat with a great view and easy beach access. This old quaint hotel exceeded those expectations."

"We booked two nights stay at Surfside resort. Check in Wednesday 5/27 to Friday 5/29 check out. We are vacationing on the Oregon coast. On Thursday morning, we went out for a visit to the town. We put out the “room Service please” sign on the door. Returned home around 4 PM to find out our room keys were not working. We checked with the person at the front desk. He discovered that they had checked us in for only one day rather than the two days that we had paid for. We told him we needed the maid service and the linen replaced. We had been out on a hike and we had some dirty linen and the room needed clean up. He told us that you have to be in your room between 10 and 12 noon and let the maid know you want the room serviced. We told him that we are here to visit the town and why would we stay in the room to talk to the maid? Besides, the front desk had not assigned the room to us for a second night. The maid would have no reason to check with us about cleaning the room. The front desk told us they cannot clean the room. He did not even offer us a set of clean linens I am very upset with the way we were treated. We did enjoy the Motel location right on the beach with partial view of the ocean. Thank you for listening"

"I cannot praise this property highly enough. The owners were easy to contact when needed, everything was immaculate, and they even had coloring supplies for kids and dog toys and a bed. My kids loved the spiral staircase, and were the most entertained all week that I’ve seen them in a long time without screens. I’m so grateful! It was a little bit of heaven."

Cozy 3-bedroom house in amazing Rockaway Beach with WiFi

"Its listed as intire house, its three stories, you are renting the upper two stories. Its a complete unit, it cant be accessed from tje bottom story but its not the entire house. The manager lives in the bottom story. Its still a big place. Its still good value for the money it just deciving the way it is listed. It very clean, but pet friendly so I could smell dog when we arived we aired it out and the smell went away. The people before us must have had a stinky dog. Overall though it was a great place good value for the money. I just dont like being lied to. Also losts of traffic noise its right on the highway."
