"Overall, this was a wonderful stay. The rooms are absolutely gorgeous, with high ceilings, a lovely kitchenette, and a very comfortable, well-designed space. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and polite throughout my stay, which I really appreciated. The only issue I experienced was being briefly locked out of my room due to a debit card authorization issue. While I understand this is standard policy and the staff handled it politely, it was a bit inconvenient to find out while I was already on my way to the room. That said, this was the only hiccup during an otherwise excellent stay. The room, amenities, and staff more than made up for it, and I would happily stay here again. "

"Room was excellent and cozy for the both of us. Host was helpful. Provided the necessary instructions for entering the property. It was 2 min away from the Subway Station. Easy access to manhattan via the A train. Stop and shop was close by as we prefer to cook ourselves. Host provided us with a stove, rice cooker and air fryer. Would definitely love to stay again. "

"Room and bathroom were really clean. Host was very nice and attentive. Always answered quickly and accommodated my needs. Convenient location. Due to the fact that the window of the room faced the street, the noise of cars and buses can be annoying if you need to rest. I would recommend asking for a room on the opposite side. Other than that, it is a no expensive and clean place to be close to the beach. "
