Some staff were friendly, however the desk staff weren’t overly helpful when our flight was cancelled. Would not even provide us with a complimentary coffee whilst we tried to extend accommodation. Disappointed

2014 art installation "tears become... streams become..." by artist Douglas Gordon and pianist Hélène Grimaud. The floor of the drill hall was covered by an enormous pool of water into which two pianos had been placed. There were performance on the pianos for the first few weeks; after that, it was purely an installation. Smartphone pic so not very good quality�—really wish I'd brought my camera!
