"We spent 4 days here and really enjoyed it. My sister and I had a massage which was really lovely. A bit pricey, but its Banff. We tried the breakfast buffet which had a large variety of fruits, breads and sausage, bacon etc. The eggs benny were very dry and overcooked. You could order eggs any way you liked from the waiter. We sat in the lounge to waych the Blue Jays play. Everywhere we went the staff were exceptionally friendly and fun. Our last night there we ate dinner in The Keg dining room. The food was wonderful and came out in a timely matter. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay. Next time, I would get a room with a balcony."

"We love this hotel. Waterslide is fun and breakfast buffet is good! There was lots of construction next door so the noise was more than usual but we still live it there. "

"Enjoyed our room. It was bit small and walls are thin you hear everything people are doing in the room attached to you. Hottub was very nice and relaxing. Wish there was small fridges in room. Underground parkade is small and difficult to park in. "

"Nice, clean, quiet room. We had a balcony overlooking the hot tubs. The room closed up nicely, so there was no noise from anywhere. The breakfast could have used a little variety from day to day, but otherwise it was good"

"Great location for the hot springs. This historic hotel is right across the street and within walking distance of restaurants & shops, right over the bridge. The hotel has a great restaurant located in the lobby offering a wide array of food & beverages. The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly. Would highly recommend."
