"The room was beautiful and the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. I appreciated that there were plenty of dining options downstairs. I was traveling solo so it was extremely convenient having the airport terminal across the way. It is only a short walk across a bridge to get to an elevator that takes you down to the level needed. It’s tricky to find, but if you ask for help it won’t be a problem."

I wish they had offered slippers, most people are there for just 1 night due to their layover for their flights and won’t carry slippers/flip flops. Their breakfast buffet is 15 euros but there are not many options. It is a really small buffet so keep that in mind before paying for it. The room does not have a fridge or microwave. Overall good hotel but there are key things missing. There is a free airport shuttle bus that drops people off at the terminal 1 which was helpful."

"The entire staff was very helpful and did everything they could to make us comfortable. Most of the staff is bi lingual so English speaking guests will have no communication problems. The breakfast buffet is amazing featuring both European and American fare. The only bad thing I could say was the air conditioning was not up to the task. During our stay there was record heat so its understandable. I highly recommend this hotel."
